Our History in Canton, Ohio
Norcia Bakery was founded in 1918 by the Norcia family who immigrated to the United States at the turn of the 20th century. Mr. John Norcia brought the original bread recipe with him from Italy and that recipe has remained unchanged to this day.
The food. That’s what our bakery is all about. Fresh baked bread and rolls are what we are known for. Whether it is our traditional baked Italian bread or our other breads and rolls, people come from all around Stark County to enjoy our baking. Look at our menu!
